1.60.1.70753
On Blizzard's CDN under the product wowf at 21:35 UTC on 2 November, hours before Blizzard posted the development notes for everything since 15 October on the evening of the same day, Pacific time. Those notes belong to this state, and they also confirm the paladin and druid rebuild that 70630 already showed. Our snapshot reads the trees of this client from talentsforever.com; for 67 talents in eight classes that source already sets the numbers of the notes where the game data does not show them yet.
Build of November 2, 2026 — Blizzard: WoW Forever Beta Development Notes – Updated November 2, Kaivax
What changed
- Class Rogue: the largest rebuild in this client, built around the new spells Shank and Poised. Blood Splatter, Composure, Flash of Steel, Quick Getaway, Boot Knife and Death Mark are new, Death Mark as the 31-point talent of Subtlety in the place of Thousand Cuts. Murder, Quietus, Cutthroat, Thousand Cuts and Improved Distract are gone. Improved Eviscerate is now called Coup de Grace and also strengthens Death Mark, Improved Sinister Strike is Efficient Strikes and covers Hemorrhage too.
- Class Rogue rows and ranks: Relentless Strikes drops to row 5 with five ranks, Mutilate to row 7, and Venom rises to row 5 as a passive tied to Shank. Lethality has two ranks, Seal Fate three, Opportunity five, Camouflage three, Dual Wield Specialization two at up to 50% off-hand damage. In Subtlety, Setup, Dirty Deeds, Premeditation and Serrated Blades move up, Camouflage, Elusiveness, Ghostly Strike and Heightened Senses down. Setup gives a combo point at 15/30/45% instead of up to 100%.
- Class Warrior: Reckless Swings and Improved Whirlwind are new in Fury. Flurry drops to three ranks at up to 30% attack speed and no longer needs Death Wish; Bloodthirst needs it instead. Enrage moves to row 3, Gore Drinker to row 5 behind Blood Craze. In Arms, Improved Tactical Mastery has three ranks, Bloodthrill two, and Two-Handed Weapon Specialization gives up to 6% instead of 3%.
- Class Shaman: Lava Burst is gone, Call of Thunder takes its place in row 5, and Elemental Mastery is renamed Lightning Mastery and now needs Call of Thunder. Improved Ghost Wolf moves from row 2 to row 4. Lightning Overload rises to 30%, Mental Dexterity to 150% of Intellect, Flurry to 30%, and Stormstrike deals 150% weapon damage.
- Class Paladin, hunter, priest, mage, warlock and druid keep their trees; only values change. Paladin Vengeance stacks five times and Two-Handed Weapon Specialization adds Holy damage, hunter Barrage gives 15% and Lightning Reflexes 15% Agility, warlock Shadow and Flame 20% and Wrack 86 damage per second, druid Rend and Tear 15%.
- Client 468 talents, three more than in 70630. On a shared link, points move with Coup de Grace, Efficient Strikes and Lightning Mastery, and, because the notes call them renames, with Accelerant and Precision from 70630 too. Points on removed talents are lost.
In the client, not in the notes
Hardly anything in the trees. The notes leave out two prerequisites that are gone: Venom no longer needs Mutilate, Weapon Expertise no longer needs Blade Flurry. The four clients between 70630 and this one changed data tables we have not gone through, so this diff covers them as well.
