Where the world grew

Confirmed

Forever adds width, not levels. Four new regions, reworked corners of the original map, and three sea routes that change how you cross it - all inside the journey from 1 to 60.

The whole road

Every zone from 1 to 60, old and new

44 zones across both continents, 4 of them new in Forever, with their level ranges, which faction they belong to and the 28 dungeons inside them. There is no flying mount, so the order you take them in is a decision again.

Every map the client holds

All 53 of them, from a single zone to a whole continent, read straight out of the Forever client. Split into Eastern Kingdoms, Kalimdor and the world itself, filterable by new and changed.

The zone names on those maps are our own reading of unlabelled art - the source carries no label beyond "Forever World Map 12".

Three new sea routes

  • Stormwind Harbour → Auberdine An early link between the Eastern Kingdoms and Kalimdor, available well before the old crossings.
  • Menethil · Southshore → Auberdine A second route with more room to move while leveling.
  • Steamwheedle, Tanaris → Powderfuse Port Ends at the goblin harbour in the Riverglades.

Reworked corners of the old world

Wetlands
New quests. Also the way into the Excavation Site dungeon, via Whelgar's Excavation.
Desolace
More centaur content, with faction rewards attached.
Starting zones
Additional NPCs, quests, profession hooks and recipes across the old level 1-12 areas.

Blizzard named these three. There are likely more - nothing else has been confirmed.
