What changed

Client Read against 70170, the tracker reports no changes in its tables - not in talents, spells, items or racials. That includes the warrior talents Blizzard's notes describe: they are not in this client either.
Client Blizzard had two open problems from the evening before: testers who could not log in, and a dialog telling Australian players their social features were locked. Whether this client fixes either, Blizzard has not said.

The talent trees, line by line

We did not read this build. There is no snapshot of its talent trees here, so there is nothing to compute - and an empty table would read as "nothing changed", which is a different statement.
