What changed

Client Read against 70058, no changes in the tracker's tables. The hotfix cache ran against this build on 30 September and 1 October, and the data moved there instead - the same split the week before showed.

The talent trees, line by line

We did not read this build. There is no snapshot of its talent trees here, so there is nothing to compute - and an empty table would read as "nothing changed", which is a different statement.
