At the campfire
The Sharpening Wheel is the blacksmith's campsite object. It gives everyone sitting at the camp 6 to 34 Strength (level dependent) for an hour and does not stack with Strength of Earth Totem. It is learned at skill level 20. That is what Blizzard's campfire article of 21 October says; at BlizzCon it was still said to raise Attack Power.
Placing a campfire creates a campsite. Sitting down and resting there opens up vendors, repairs, profession workspaces and one-hour buffs. A Basic Campfire holds up to three profession objects; each player nearby contributes one, and those objects share a one-hour cooldown.
That also means the blacksmith is no longer the only way to fix durability out in the world - repairs come with the campsite itself.

Every profession has three different objects at different skill levels. The first at skill level 20, the advanced ones from Blueprint recipes that drop from specific dungeon bosses.

More than 600 new recipes are being added across all professions and level ranges.
What is not known yet
Blizzard has announced nothing about blacksmithing's perk. Figures for it are circulating from a recording of BlizzCon 2026; since they do not come from an announcement, they are not listed here.
The beta has been running since September 17, 2026, but this has not been checked against it yet.
