This is a rumor in this site's sense: read from the files and passed on by players, not announced by Blizzard.
The new clients
When the beta ended, the last test client was 1.60.1.70532. Since then, five builds have appeared under the live product wowf:

From 70532 to 70707, 1,161 data tables changed in total. We have not gone through them row by row yet, so the talent calculator still shows the beta state.
The hunter
On 28 October Wowhead reported a list of new hunter values that is going around the forums:
- Aspect of the Hawk: 15/22/30/38/47 (was 22/35/50/78/90)
- Trueshot Aura: 15/22/30/40 (was 30/40/50/75)
In client 70707 the values do drop compared with 70685:
- Aspect of the Hawk (spell 13165): 20 → 15
- Trueshot Aura (spell 19506): 50 → 30
- Trueshot Aura (spell 20905): 75 → 40
The old values and which rank they belong to don't fully match the list, though. That both abilities get weaker is visible in the client. The exact numbers are not confirmed.
What this changes here
Nothing on the other pages. The build chronicle still ends in the beta until the new clients have been analysed.
