Blizzard has confirmed the framework: three trees, 16 spendable of 65 earnable points, earned account-wide and spent per character - and by now the names of all 21 perks, seven per tree. Where they sit in the grid, how many ranks they carry and what they do in numbers reflects Forever data build 1.60.1.69800, not an announcement - that can still change during the running beta. The descriptions here are our own short summaries, not in-game tooltips.
